Parent Helpers
A notice has been placed on the board in the entrance lobby giving parents the opportunity to join us in the new term on Friday mornings.  Parent helpers are not only invaluable as extra adults for the children to engage with, but in return you get to see first hand the activities your child is enjoying.  Please sign up or see a member of staff for further information.

Step by Step Record
These are an ongoing record of achievement, please be aware that if an item is not highlighted your child may still have achieved it, but this may not yet have been observed or to date recorded. When you receive your Step by Step record please read, sign and date them before returning as soon as possible to enable recording to continue.

Please feel free to write comments or concerns in the 'notes from home' page. If you wish for your concerns to be talked about in more detail please talk to a member of staff, or make an appointment for a private meeting.

Notes from the staff
Please can parents with children in nappies supply us with a small labelled shoebox type container with nappies and nappy sacks for their child. Please can you also ensure that spares are in their change of clothes bag to replenish supplies.

All our new children have their keyworker assigned, but please do not forget that you can speak to any member of staff about your child or any concerns. The keyworker is there to observe and log progress.

Uniform
For those leaving us this term any items of used uniform would be gratefully received to be resold for the under fives, please pass to any member of staff. We also have stock available of new uniform.

Wanted!
Does anyone have any dressing up clothes they would be willing to donate to pre-school (for the children we might add, not the staff!)?
Also wanted boys comics, Thunderbirds and Thomas the Tank etc...
And we accept both Sainsburys and Tesco school vouchers!

Marquee for Hire

We recently purchased a white marquee to erect at our outdoor fundraising events. For a nominal fee, members of the pre-school may also hire this for their own private event (at own risk and damages must be paid for). Please speak to Nic Foss (treasurer) for further information or to book a date. No more washed out BBQs!
